Ordering and Availability

For chain and independent bookstores, our books (and a limited selection of our audiobooks) may be ordered through standard book trade wholesalers.

U.S.A. - Ingram Book Group, Baker & Taylor, and National Association of College Stores (NACSCorp) carry all of our books. You may also order from Unique Books and Quality Books who service some independent bookstores.

United Kingdom - Gardners and Bertrams carry nearly all of our books.

Canada - Canadian customers are encouraged to order direct to receive the best discounts.

Australia - Sorry, we do not have a current distributor in Australia. Please order directly from us.

Audiobooks on CD and DVDs are currently available directly from us, or a limited selection from Quality Books and Unique Books.

If you wish to place a direct order, and you are located in Canada or the U.S.A., you may fax your purchase order to (905) 986-5777 or send it via email to orders@mmpubs.com. (Sorry, no purchase orders accepted for retailers outside of Canada and the U.S.A.)

Alternately, you may pay via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please place your order by calling our order desk at (905) 986-5848 from 9am-5pm Mon-Fri Eastern time or sending your order and shipping information along with your credit card information via fax to (905) 986-5777.

EDI

Multi-Media Publications Inc. was a member of the PubNet system and accepted EDI purchase orders until late 2007; however, due to lack of sufficient retailer interest, we have ceased this programme and no longer accept EDI transactions through PubNet. If you are interested in EDI orders with us, please contact us at orders@mmpubs.com -- if we can get enough support from the retailer community, we may reinstate this programme.

Metadata

Book metadata is available on TitleSource II, iPage, and Books In Print.

We can also provide our bibliographic data to you in an ONIX 2.0 XML file. If you would like to have data in this format, please contact us at info@mmpubs.com.

Terms

We offer standard industry terms on our titles ordered through our wholesaler/distributor partners. When ordering direct, we have competitive discount programmes and do sell titles on a returnable basis. Please contact us at orders@mmpubs.com or via phone at (905) 986-5848 to open an account with us and to discuss discount and credit terms.

Author Signings

Many of our authors are available for in-store signings, book festivals, and other events. Feel free to contact us to discuss your promotional programme details as we would be pleased to support your sales efforts in any way that we can.

Co-Op Advertising

Due to abuses we have experienced with some retailers in the past, we have limited the amount of co-op advertising we do in any quarter. If you have a proposal that you would like us to consider, please include as much detail as possible and get it in to us early so that we can get a decision on the funding request. Funds are limited and competition for those funds is tough, so the more information you can provide and the sooner you can provide it, the better. Send your co-op funding requests to info@mmpubs.com.

Standard Address Number

The standard address number for retailers to use for orders and returns is 760-0283. Please note that returns are not accepted without prior RMA. Please contact us at orders@mmpubs.com for an RMA number prior to shipment.
