Born and raised in Reno, Nevada, Mr. Beebe joined the Marine Corps in 1965. He survived two tours in Viet Nam, and retired in 1985. He currently lives in Carson City, Nevada with his wife and daughter. Mr. Beebe is now retired.
Mr. Beebe holds certifications from the National Institute for Certification of Engineering Technicians (NICET) in Geotechnicial Engineering Construction, International Congress of Building Officials (ICBO) Structural Masonry Inspector, and American Concrete Institute as well as certification as a Hazardous Waste Remediation and Site manager.
He earned an Associate of Science Degree in Design Drafting from Consumes River College, Sacramento, California.
