About the Author

Richard Bernheim has been a senior management consultant in three of the top four consulting firms (Ernst & Young, Deloitte & Touche, and Price Waterhouse) where he has specialized in implementing financial and cost management information systems such as SAP R/3. He was featured in the 1987 (25th) edition of Who’s Who in the Finance Industry in America.

A popular educator and speaker, he has been a part-time professor of financial management and project management at Montgomery County Community College, Temple University, and University of Phoenix. He has also been a featured speaker at various conferences, at PMI chapter meetings, and at other professional organizations since 1983.

An accomplished writer, Bernheim has authored 10 published manuscripts for professional organizations and has proofread and revised several college-level financial and cost accounting textbooks.

He holds a BA in political science, an MBA in finance, a PMP from the Project Management Institute, and is certified in various SAP R/3 implementation methodologies and ASAP Project Management.
