About the Author

Michelle L. Casto is Principal of Get Smart! Training and Brightlight Coaching. She has fifteen years of experience in the human development field, working extensively with organizations and individuals to empower them to become more aware, purposeful, effective, and creative. Her areas of expertise include the MBTI personality instrument, communication skills, leadership development, coaching, creativity, career development theory and stress management. She has a Ph.D. in Coaching from the International University of Panama and serving as the Membership Chair for the International Association of Coaching. Michelle is the author of a dozen books and workbooks on personal empowerment, including the renowned Get Smart! series. She lives and works on North Padre Island, Texas.
