Oshawa, Ontario (MMPUBS.COM) August 18, 2009-- In response to the surging demand for qualifications around the subject of agile project management, the Project Management Association of Canada (PMAC) has created a new certification.  To become certified, the candidates must have a recognized project management credential (such as the PMP, a master's certificate in project management, or an IPMA qualification), have taken an accredited course, and then pass a 2- hour exam.  Those who pass the exam earn the "Certificate in Agile Project Management" from the PMAC.

Multi-Media Publications Inc. (MMP) is proud to announce that its flagship agile course "Introduction to Agile Project Management" is the first course ever to be accredited by the PMAC, and is currently the only course whose students are eligible to write the certification exam.

MMP is working with PMAC to provide other accredited courses leading to advanced certifications in agile management, as well as other subjects.
